Institutional Advancement & Alumni Relations Survey

Annually, McConnell & Company conducts its Institutional Advancement & Alumni Relations Compensation Survey with some of the nation’s largest not-for-profit higher education foundations. The survey has been utilized by educational foundations for over a decade while making important compensation decisions for all levels of employees.

Expert Testimony

Mr. McConnell provides calculations and expert testimony regarding estimates of lost income. Using his knowledge of compensation programs and actuarial principles, he is able to use modeling, simulation and other stochastic processes to compute the range of values for lost income where there is an element of uncertainty as to the course of future events such as in stock compensation, contingent payments or survivorship.
